Delivery and returns
We use FedEx, DHL or UPS for all online order deliveries, All parcels will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Delivery to most UK postcodes generally takes up to three working days, EU delivery up to four working days and International delivery up to six working days. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control.
Faster delivery options can be catered for, please email email@example.com for further options. For bespoke or special delivery items a separate communication of delivery cost may be made.
You will be the importer for the international delivery of your Order (i.e. any Order delivered to a country other than the UK). Therefore, before placing an Order, it is your responsibility to check that the Products you are planning to import comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your Order. If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these.
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached.
We cannot refund or exchange personalised, intimate, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:
- Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer's specification;
- Newspapers and magazines;
- Event tickets;
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of: beauty items including toiletries, cosmetics, pierced jewellery;
- Audio or video recordings, games and computer software (unless they are returned with seal and packaging intact);
- Any other items which are unsaleable once they have been used, for health and safety or hygiene reasons
- This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
Upon cancellation of an order SHOWstudio.com will refund the whole sum paid by you [excluding costs of postage and packing for delivery to you] within 30 days of you notifying SHOWstudio.com of cancellation. SHOWstudio.com currently do not offer an exchange service via post. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the Goods as above and SHOWstudio.com shall contact you and assist you with your new order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to SHOWstudio.com upon cancellation of an order. If you do not return the Goods cancelled, SHOWstudio.com may arrange to collect them and will deduct the cost of such collection from the refund due to you.
To return an item
Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and reason for return. You will be responded to within two working days with instructions to send the goods back. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card.
You can also return products to the store your order has been despatched from, either the SHOWstudio Shop at 20 Bedford Square, London or MACHINE-A at 13 Brewer Street, Soho, London. Please ensure to notify SHOWstudio prior to return, and receive a confirmation of which store your item must be returned to. You must also bring the original delivery note with you as proof of purchase. Please note that your return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
