British fashion illustrator Richard Kilroy combines photorealism with abstract figuration and colour. Having worked with a variety of fashion houses and publications, in 2010 Kilroy was appointed as one of five illustrators by Christian Dior and Somerset House to produce original works for the "Dior Illustrated: René Gruau and The Line of Beauty” exhibition. In 2013 the V&A museum acquired ten Kilroy illustrations, which now reside in their permanent collection.
