Poppy Waddilove is a London based Painter and Fashion Illustrator who studied Illustration BA at London College of Fashion and Fashion Design at Central Saint Martin's. Her building client base includes luxury interior goods companies such as William and Son and LuxDeco. Waddilove is also a regular at London Fashion Week, sketching live from the runway for various designers such as House of Holland (as DHL Exported’s Illustrator) and Jasper Conran. Her artwork has been featured in The Edit on Net a Porter and Grazia. Painting quickly and intensely using oil paint, graphite pencil or ink, Waddilove is inspired by dream-like emotion, capturing the line and gestures of the body and creating spontaneity of movement. She is drawn to the confidence and simplicity of a line and aims to create a timeless elegance in the woman she portrays. Waddilove has exhibited a solo show in Proud Gallery, a group exhibition at Oxo Tower in London and mainly sells her work privately. Waddilove is also a visiting practitioner at London College of Fashion BA Illustration.
