Jessica Bird

Jessica is a Scottish fashion illustrator and freelance artist currently based in London. Bird has a background in Fashion Design, having studied at Grays School of Art and subsequently then worked across design, press and sales for multiple British design houses before becoming a full time illustrator. She has had exhibitions of her work in both Scotland and London, the former her first exhibition in Dundee and the second a solo show in Mayfair. Bird works with a range of clients mainly fashion industry based. Across both mens and womenswear and frequently with British names, such as Johnston's of Elgin, E.Tautz and Fox Brothers and Co, as well international clients such as Delpozo, Huishan Zhang, The Rake Magazine and EDITION hotels. Bird’s brightly coloured, chalk pastel drawings with confident spontaneous charcoal lines lend themselves well to live illustration - quickly capturing backstage activity and key looks from the runway. Last season being commissioned by luxury global brand Delpozo illustrate their first LFW show following relocation from NYC.
