Uzo Hiramatsu

Uzo Hiramatsu is an artist from Japan. Born in 1954 in Okayama Prefecture, after graduating from an industrial high school he worked as an illustrator at an advertising company in Fukuoka. Hiamatuse became an independent illustrator in 1984. From 2013 to 2017, he held an annual solo exhibition at Rinzai Shushin-in Temple. In October 2020, he designed a monument to commemorate the completion of the Hotel Trad Hakata in Japan. Hiramatsu is now a full-time painter, and also works on murals and painting performances.
