Join illustrator and SHOWstudio collaborator Rob Unett for a series of standalone, one-day fashion illustration workshops held at the SHOWstudio Gallery in London. Each session focuses on a different aspect of drawing the fashion figure, exploring the ins and outs of life drawing, contemporary runway styling, and expressive still life.

Choose to attend one, two, or all three workshops. Each session is booked separately.
These workshops are designed to support artists, students, and creative practitioners looking to put their pencils - or charcoals - to paper, and explore the expressive potential of fashion illustration. Each session offers the attendee individual guidance with Unett, hands-on practice, and a focused, in-depth exploration of fashion illustration.Select participant work from each session will be considered for a feature on SHOWstudio’s website and Instagram, highlighting the chosen work to  SHOWstudio’s global creative community.


What’s Included Each Day

Full-day workshop (10:30 – 16:30) with 1 hour break
- Professional live models, curated fashion garments from emerging designers
- All drawing materials are provided
- Certificate of completion
- Opportunity to have work published on SHOWstudio


Course Options

Tuesday November 4: ‘Nearly Nude’
An exploration of form, proportion, and gesture drawing using nude life models adorned in fashion accessories. 

Wednesday, November 5: ‘Fashioning Silhouettes’
Illustration from styled models wearing garments from recent fashion collections in collaboration with UAL London College of Fashion. Emphasis on capturing silhouette, fabric, and contemporary styling.

Thursday, November 6, 2025: Fashion + Florals
Combining fashion illustration and floral still life. Focus on still life, composition, and mixed media approaches.
